* **Custom Made:** All seasonal items are personalized and made to order.

* **Ordering Windows:**

* **Easter Orders:** Now through **March 7** (all personalization due by March 7)

* **Graduation Orders:** Now through **late April** (details required at checkout)

* **Bulk Orders:** Bulk and group orders are welcome. Please contact us before ordering for pricing and availability.

* **Production:** Orders begin once payment and all customization details are received.

* **Changes & Cancellations:** Changes must be requested within **24 hours** of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

* **Shipping:** Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information.
